This Privacy Policy describes how Joseph LaSorsa (“Joe,” “we,” “us”), operating the personal messaging program Joe's AI Assistant from phone number +1 (650) 674-3737, collects and uses information for SMS/MMS messaging.
Joe's AI Assistant is a personal AI phone and texting assistant used by Joseph LaSorsa to communicate with his personal and work contacts about calls, appointments, reminders, and messages on his behalf. Contact: joseph.m.lasorsa@gmail.com.
We use this information only to operate Joe's AI Assistant messaging: sending and receiving texts about call scheduling, missed-call follow-ups, appointment reminders, and short message notifications; honoring opt-out requests; and providing help replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use Twilio, Inc. as our messaging connectivity provider to deliver SMS/MMS. Twilio processes messages solely to transmit them and does not receive permission to use your number for its own marketing.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT). After opting out you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help. You may also email joseph.m.lasorsa@gmail.com.
We retain message logs and phone numbers only as long as needed to operate the messaging program, comply with law, or resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised policy.
