These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the SMS/MMS messaging program operated by Joseph LaSorsa as Joe's AI Assistant from +1 (650) 674-3737.
Joe's AI Assistant sends personal, transactional texts to contacts of Joseph LaSorsa about call scheduling, missed-call follow-ups, appointment reminders, and short message notifications. This program is not for marketing, advertising, affiliate lead generation, or promotional campaigns.
You receive messages only if you are a personal contact of Joseph LaSorsa and have consented verbally or in writing to receive texts from Joe's AI Assistant, or if you text START to +1 (650) 674-3737. Consent is specific to this messaging program and brand (Joe's AI Assistant / Joseph LaSorsa) and is not transferred to other brands.
Message frequency varies based on Joe's need to reach you. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. You may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again with START. Reply HELP for help, or email joseph.m.lasorsa@gmail.com.
